What appliances do you use in the truck? We have a skillet, an electric can opener, a toaster, and a George Forman Grill. We used to have an air fryer but we put it in storage when we came across an oven that also does air frying, bakes, broils, toasts, and dehydrates. We also keep two outdoor grills on the truck. One charcoal and one propane. Of course we use the microwave and convection oven too.
